*Participants should expect occasional posted changes in facility hours due to Institute holidays, periods of academic recess, department events, and routine maintenance

*Department of Athletics, Physical Education and Recreation programs have priority in the use of all Braun Athletic Center facilities.

RECREATION SERVICES

EQUIPMENT CHECK-OUT
· A valid Caltech I.D. card or current Recreation Program Membership card is needed for equipment check-out.
· Participants are responsible for equipment checked out in their name and are charged for damaged or unreturned items.
· Participants are charged a late fee if equipment is not returned by the end of the day.

TOWEL SERVICE
· Participants may take one towel. If used while exercising, it may be exchanged for a clean one for showering.

LOCKER SERVICE
· Lockers are available for rental to members and may be renewed every October. Check with the Recreation Office for availability.
· Rental Fee structure:
-Braun Men's Faculty Locker $40
-Braun Women's Locker $40
-Brown Men's Locker $25
· Lockers are free of charge for undergraduate and graduate students.
· Day-use lockers are available and participants should bring their own lock to secure their items.
· Day-use lockers are for short-term use only and must be vacated at the end of each day. Locks left on overnight will be cut off and locker emptied.
· Braun Men's Locker Room-Lockers issued to Voting Faculty of Caltech only.

RACQUETBALL/SQUASH/WALLYBALL COURT RESERVATIONS
· A court may be reserved up to three days in advance at the Braun Athletic Center service counter (x3253) and is held for 15 minutes after the scheduled time. Wallyball courts must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance and up to three days in advance.
